Students are invited to join us on Wednesdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm for a Waldorf-inspired schedule that includes: Art, Lunch, PE, Main Lesson, and Handwork.

Art

In this class students will explore a wide range of media and techniques while studying artists and styles through different cultures, time periods, and mediums. Students will also engage in a variety of exercises designed to encourage creative thinking, problem solving, and expand their artistic expression.

PE

In this class students will participate in various physical activities that promote learning through movement and play, encourages teamwork, and helps develop motor skills.

Main Lesson

[Check back for an updated description.] A deep dive into various topics while incorporating skills that include writing and composition, grammar, literature, biography, the arts, math, vocabulary, spelling and more.

Handwork

Students will work with an experienced handwork teacher to cultivate patience, focus and perseverance all while strengthening their fine motor skills and self-confidence. Examples of handwork include hand sewing, weaving and finger knitting.
